PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

PAYMENT
We accept payments via credit card or PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account. 

We will also accept personal checks or money orders. Please allow up to 10 days for your payment to clear before your order will be shipped. All payments should be sent to:

SHIPPING
Julianne Originals’ standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive confirmation of you order by email. 

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees. If there are any additional fees regarding your order you will be notified via email. 

Please contact me regarding rates for expedited shipping or international addresses.

LOCAL PICK UPS
Local Knoxville customers may choose to pick up purchases at my studio.  When checking out you may choose the local option and save the cost of shipping.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store. 

CUSTOM ORDERS
All items noted in the description as custom orders are completed upon processing the order. Please allow 10 for customization. An additional charge of $5.00 per item will be charged for rush orders. Please contact us regarding a rush order. Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned unless an error was made in customization.

RETURN POLICY
Julianne Originals strives to maintain excellent customer service. Should you not be 100% satisfied you may return non-custom orders in new and unused condition within 10 days of receipt. We will credit your payment to you by the method payment was made less shipping fees. Please contact us for a return number to include in your package.
